Coaching is available in person in Amsterdam and Utrecht, or fully online via video call. Both formats are equally effective — the approach is adapted to what works best for you.

We offer coaching packages ranging from a single Deep Dive Session (90 minutes) through to 3-month and 6-month trajectories. The right fit depends on the depth of what you want to work on. Most clients who want lasting transformation choose a 3–6 month package — real change takes time and consistency.

We also offer a one-off Deep Dive Session at €150 for those who want to experience the work before committing to a full package.
