These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and A Good Vibration Enterprise (operated by Bastiaan Kollen, Utrecht, The Netherlands) governing your use of bastiaankollen.com and all related services.

By using this website, enrolling in any program, booking a coaching session, or purchasing any product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Our Services

A Good Vibration Enterprise offers the following services through bastiaankollen.com:

• Online training programs — self-paced digital courses on mindset and performance (Master Your Mental Game series)
• 1-on-1 coaching — personal coaching sessions delivered in person (Amsterdam, Utrecht) or online
• Live workshops and clinics — group events for athletes, tennis players, and organisations
• Events and keynotes — speaking engagements and group transformation experiences
• Digital products — eBooks, newsletters, and free resources
• Merchandise — apparel and accessories available via our shop

Service availability, pricing, and content may change at any time. We will communicate material changes to enrolled clients directly.

Eligibility

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. Participants under 18 may only enrol in youth-specific programs (such as the Master Your Mental Game Kids Program) with the explicit consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

By purchasing or enrolling, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that a parent or guardian has consented on your behalf where applicable.

Accounts & Access

Some services require you to create an account through our platform (Kajabi). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You may not share your account access with others or allow third parties to access purchased content on your behalf
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely via our payment provider. All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.

• Online programs: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on our online training programs. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
• Coaching packages: Refunds on 1-on-1 coaching packages are assessed individually. Sessions that have already been delivered are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel a package before sessions begin, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
• Workshops and events: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the event will receive a 50% refund or the option to transfer to a future event. No refund is available for cancellations within 48 hours of the event.
• Merchandise: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Coaching Terms

• Scheduling: Coaching sessions are scheduled in mutual agreement via Calendly or direct communication. Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited without refund.
• Responsibility: Coaching is a collaborative process. Results depend significantly on your own commitment, effort, and openness. While we are dedicated to supporting your growth, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
• Confidentiality: All coaching sessions are strictly confidential. We will not share the content of your sessions with third parties without your written consent, except where required by law.
• Scope: Bastiaan Kollen provides mindset coaching, NLP coaching, and performance coaching. Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial professional advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek appropriate professional support.

Acceptable Use

When using our website and services, you agree not to:

To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, A Good Vibration Enterprise and Bastiaan Kollen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress.

Our total liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, and we accept no liability for temporary unavailability of our services.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Utrecht, The Netherlands.
