I grew up on the tennis court β€” playing, learning, making friends, and enjoying the game. Sport gave me joy, confidence, and discipline. But in my twenties, I discovered something just as powerful: the mindset behind performance.

I became fascinated by one question: why do some people or athletes freeze under pressure, while others rise above themselves?

And I realized:

Since then, I’ve dedicated my life to understanding the human mind β€” through NLP, psychology, coaching, and high-performance training.
